Johns mansville in spartanburg,Sc! Is the most unsafe and prejudice place I have ever worked for! In the department I work in out of say 70 workers there is only 1 black lady at retire age! They hired Volt recruiting agency to bring in workers, no direct interview, just based off resume! I started on March 1st. I was taking through a safety class,for what I don't know! They teach you one way, incase osha comes in, then enforce the faster way which is not safe! My team leader along with the entire crew doesn't go by the safety rules! They pass each other on fork lifts going max speed in tight areas! I told them I had never driven a fork lift, they actually put me on several kinds and said drive around and figure it out! The black lady that work there told me, lok at my arm they don't want us here you not going to be here long! They walk around talking about how Donal trump going to be president and Obama has set us back! They make filters roofing and other objects that can be made out of filters! Firestone sent back $135,000 worth of rolls back for bad quality! You know why because they spend most of there time on breaks not watching the line and hating on a skin color that can't help the fact there black! So when you buy anything that comes from John mansville in spartanburg, sc just know they want your money (all races) but they only tolerate white as far as giving them means to make money! Not one time working here did they show me what to do incase a fire or anything was to happen guess they wanted me dead!
